Luxury Flower Boxes Terms of Service ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms of Service completely using luxuryflowerboxes.ca which is owned and operated by Luxury Flower Boxes. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at luxuryflowerboxes.ca.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, order will be deemed incomplete and therefore, will not be delivered.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made 7 days a week from 10am-7pm daily. If the recipient is not available at time of delivery, all attempts to contact them will be made. In cases where the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery will be placed at the door. By purchasing from this Site, you agree to these terms and release Luxury Flower Boxes from responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries.

Refund Policy

Luxury Flower Boxes does not accept refunds for any reason, however, if you are unhappy with your arrangement, please give us a call and we will work to ensure you are happy.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations. Orders are processed as soon as they are placed therefore cannot be cancelled.

Substitutions

In rare situations, substitutions may have to be made. We will always contact you first to make you aware of the substitution and if you are not satisfied you will be refunded the total amount.

Legalities

Luxury Flower Boxes is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the recipient has received the delivery. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Luxury Flower Boxes and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

Luxury Flower Boxes reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Our Site may contain links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Luxury Flower Boxes.

Luxury Flower Boxes has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to This Agreement
Luxury Flower Boxes reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Luxury Flower Boxes site immediately.
