  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Caledon, Kleinburg, Nobleton, Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Toronto. If you live just outside these areas, give us a call to confirm availability for delivery. We may be able to accommodate delivery to outside cities.
  • Can you ship any items?
    Yes! Any item except for fresh flower products can be shipped. Please call or email us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order. We ship via Canada Post or UPS where you will receive a tracking number. We can ship to anywhere in the world!
  • Can I pick a time for delivery?
    Absolutely! While in the shopping cart, leave us a note letting us know when you would the arrangement delivered. While we will always try our best to make an exact delivery time (ex. 10:15am), giving us a time window instead (ex. Between 10am-11:30am) will make it a lot easier to adhere to. On busy holidays like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, delivery times are considered but not guaranteed.
  • How soon should I place my order?
    Giving 24 hours notice is ideal, but we can usually accommodate same day orders as well. Please give us a call to confirm availability for same day orders. For Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, placing your order at least a few days before helps ensure we have the availability of product and delivery time. We may cut off orders 1-2 days before the holiday depending on quantity of orders received.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept it all! (kind of) We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Interac E-Transfer and Paypal. Cash is also accepted, but please give us a call ahead of time to arrange payment.
  • Can I buy just the boxes?
    At this time, we are not selling just the boxes on their own.
  • Do you accept any custom orders?
    Of course! Check our instagram page (@luxuryflowerboxes) to see some of the custom work we have done for previous clients. Contact us and let us know what you are looking for! If you have an idea but not sure what it will look like, we'll put it together and send you a picture to ensure you're getting exactly what you want!
  • What are Eternity Roses?
    Eternity roses are REAL roses that have gone through special processing using a mixture of glycerin and other plant elements. They don't require any maintenance, but you should keep them out of direct sunlight. With proper care they should last over 1 year.
  • I've seen other places advertise their roses last 5-10 years. What's the difference?
    We've experimented with different rose farms and we're confident and extremely happy with the farm we purchase our preserved roses from. They are based in Ecuador where they pick and process the roses directly on site. We've purchased preserved roses from China that have advertised a 5-10 year life span for the roses but we haven't been able to confirm whether or not they are actually real roses. We would not be comfortable selling and advertising those roses as real preserved roses.
  • Valentine's Day Information
    We are starting to accept Valentine's Day orders now. Cut-off for orders is currently Feb. 13 at12pm, however, we may have to move the cut-off time earlier than expected due to number of orders. Do not wait until the last minute to order! Cash payments will NOT be accepted on Valentine's Day orders, no exceptions. Orders can be paid by credit card or e-transfer. You can pick up your order on Valentine's Day between 7am-10am or after 3pm. Please arrange a pick up time once you order. Deliveries will take place between 9am-7pm. We cannot guarantee delivery time requests on that day, but we will try out best to accommodate. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the flowers will be left at the front door, we cannot attempt a re-delivery on that day. The best way to have the perfect Valentine's Day is to place your order early!!
  • What are your Holiday Hours?
    We are making deliveries everyday from Dec. 23-Jan. 2. Deliveries from Dec. 24-26 are VERY limited, please call or email us to place your order for those days. Not all orders will be accepted during those days. Fresh flower orders must be placed by Dec. 23 for deliveries between Dec. 24-26. No exceptions will be made. Most all other items can be available for next day delivery. We are making New Years Eve deliveries! Call us if you are looking to place an order for that day to see what options are available.

    We are available by email at, by phone/text at (416) 668-3574 or chat with us right on our website. We try our best to answer emails, chats and calls instantly. We're night owls so you can expect responses from us between 8am-1am daily.
